All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Bunbury Centre Point and not Facebook. The supplied information is used solely for the execution of this competition DISCOVER ADVENTURE AT BUNBURY CENTRE POINT, 1-31 July 2023.

 

Promotion Period

The promotion commences 9:00am Saturday 1/07/2023 and concludes 5pm on Monday 31/07/2023. The activation event is scheduled to occur in centre.

 

Conditions of Entry

  • This promotion does not apply to Management and Staff at Cygnet West or contractors of the mentioned organisation.
  • This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the promoter and the agencies associated with this promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Any entries received from employees or immediate family will be automatically disqualified.
  • Proof of purchase must be retained and shown to the promoter in order to redeem prize.
  • Proof of purchase must be made in store at any retailer at Bunbury Centre Point and must be of $50.00 or higher in value at any specialty store or $100.00 or higher in value at Coles.
  • To be eligible, the purchase must be made between 1 – 31 July 2023.
  • Customers may enter as many times as they like. One purchase equals one entry.
  • Proof of identity will be required to redeem prize.
  • Only one prize is redeemable.
  • Purchases for cigarettes or lottery tickets are not valid under competition rules.

 

HOW TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION

  1. Participants must enter the competition by spending $50.00 or higher in value in a single transaction at any Bunbury Centre Point specialty store or $100.00 or higher in value in a single transaction at Coles Bunbury Centre Point
  2. Participants must show proof of purchase in order to redeem the prize.
  3. Participant’s proof of purchase must be dated between 1 – 31 July 2023.
  4. Participants will be able to enter online at bunburycentrepoint.com.au, via a QR code located in store or by placing a copy of their purchase receipt in the entry barrel located in front of Target. Customers must enter all requested details and retain their proof of purchase in order to be eligible to win.

 

Draw Details

  • The draw will take place between 1/8/2023 – 7/08/2023.
  • The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries.
  • The winner contacted by via phone and/or email before the close of business on 8/08/2023.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any customer that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
  • This activation is only valid to entrants above the age of 16.

 

Prize Details

  • One prize only.
  • Described as a Caretta Australia teardrop camper trailer for two people.
  • Valued at $28,000
  • The prize includes 12 months vehicle registration.
  • The prize does not cover vehicle insurance.
  • The vehicle registration and transfer process will be the responsibility of Caretta Australia and not Bunbury Centre Point.

The promoter and company associated with this promotion, Caretta Australia, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered post-handover of the vehicle (including but limited to indirect consequential loss) or for any personal liability which cannot be excluded by law.
